What is my login information so I can download the materials in my order?
You don't need to log in to download materials. Just click Download Materials located under Study Resources in the left menu. Then enter your distribution code. Click View Order.
I get an invalid username and password message when entering my distribution code.
Be sure to click the View Order button. Do not use the Enter key.
Where do I find the distribution code for the electronic items in my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email e-delivery receipt that includes the distribution code. Not in your inbox? Check your spam or junk email folders. Use the Contact Support form above if you cannot locate it. Include your order number if possible.
I am having issues downloading my order.

I have my login info for a Team Subscription. How do I get my student accounts?
You will setup the student accounts. Use the Online Testing and Training Center Instruction from your order for directions. To download, click here. Then enter your distribution code.

Our school ordered a Team Subscription. How do I find my login credentials?
- Orders processed before August 1: You should receive your username and password August 1 via email.
- Orders processed after August 1: Your username and password will be included in your e-delivery order receipt.

I purchased an individual membership. How do I obtain my username and password?
After payment goes through, you should receive a USAD Online Training Center email with your login credentials. Not in your inbox? Check your spam or junk email folders. Use the Contact Support form above if you cannot locate it.

Why can't I download puzzles?
Make sure your browser's pop-up blocker allows pop-ups from usad.enlyght.com.

Where do I find the Predefined Practice Tests created by USAD?
Click Online Practice Tests located under Study Resources in the left menu.
